Kimberly Degner Kimberly is pleased to be a founding partner of Renaissance Design and Construction, LLC and is blessed to have a partner like Stephen to work with. Kimberly has spent most of her life in the design/construction industry. As a teenager, she started out designing window treatments and managing her own workroom. It didn’t take long before she evolved into residential construction. Designing living spaces for clients, and helping them realize their dreams is one of her greatest joys. Stephen Wells Stephen has spent his entire professional career in the property management and construction industry. Taking the step in 2019 to begin Renaissance Design and Construction was simply the result of years of professional growth and coming together with a business partner that complimented his skills. With this duo, the process of “Bringing Your Home to Life” has never been easier.
